Of all the air conditioning professionals that Facemyer has Ferris is truly the best. I've been using them for a couple of years and they are very knowledgeable, and it's always good to have a really good air conditioning company if you live in Florida. I also on a home in Texas. (another state that is really important to have a great air conditioning company) I wish I had Facemyer in Texas!

A/C quit cooling while in midst of Seminole Heat Alert. Despite being on the weekend, Facemyer on-call rep Corey was able to get to my house on a Sunday and make repair that day! Fantastic service and professional as always!
Facemyer Air Conditioning and Heating is awesome. In the heat of August summer, our 20-year-old a/c unit went out on Sunday evening. We called Facemyer that evening and left a message. On early Monday morning, we received a phone call from Pam who was polite, and she scheduled a technician to come out the same day.
Corey showed up on time, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He inspected the unit and listened to my husband's description of the problems. After 20 minutes of evaluating the unit, he recommended it was best to purchase a new one instead of repairing it due to age and some parts no longer existed. We agreed and he indicated we will be receiving a phone call from their sales department regarding the purchase of a new unit.
The same day, we received an e-mail from Rodney and the two options we had in purchasing a new unit. He explained each option, cost, and how each one will serve us. He was detailed, professional and patient in answering our questions and concerns. We decided which option we wanted and proceeded with the sale.
We also communicated with Jared who was courteous and knowledgeable regarding equipment specifications, where to purchase custom filters, setting up the inspection from Seminole County and returning our phone call as needed.
The installer crew (Justin, Evan and Larry) showed up 15 minutes earlier than the time scheduled. They were knowledgeable, detail oriented, hard-working, courteous, friendly, and professionally skilled in all aspects of the job, which produced quality and beautiful results.
We want to thank them for not only a job well done, but for the excellent communication we had throughout the entire project and for completing the job on scheduled.
We would use Facemyer Air Conditioning and Heating again and will highly recommend them to anyone that wants a job done right.
