I've been using Facemyer for annual maintenance/repairs for several years. I was finally at the point I needed a new system and it was a no brainer to go with them! The whole process was about as seamless as you can get-- From the quote --Chris spent the time to explain the systems and the process from start to finish-- to the install With Larry, Evan, and Justin. Everything went along as planned. I know if I ever had an issue, they would stand behind it. I had a family member that was very impressed and just had a new system installed by them as well.
Great Service
Facemyer has provided us with expert sales, service and install of top of the line Trane equipment. A family business we've used before that is trustworthy and great to deal with. EDIT: first hiccup. Called and had a tech here within a couple hours. Knew the problem before he came thanks to the great technology on the unit and had me up and running in minutes. SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE
The technician showed up on time. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done step by step. The cost was very reasonable too. I would definitely use Facemyer again and will highly recommend them!
Facemyer Air Conditioning and Heat was a pleasure to work with. From the folks handling our phone calls at the front desk, to Rodney Jr., Red, (service tech), Installers for our new Trane system, Justin, Toby and Larry. All the staff answered our questions, very prompt returning our calls and or text messages.

Red is my favorite technician. He's very knowlegable and goes above and beyond to make everything work great. He also put in a new vent and thermostat. They work very efficient and neat. Love them!

I was having a problem with my 15 month old AC unit freezing up and not cooling. Ferris tracked down the problem that the unit was not installed properly 15 months before in that the heat and AC were wired to operate at the same time. In the week since Ferris came out, the unit has operated as it should and kept the temperature at 78. Thank you!
