I definitely recommend this company. They went above and beyond our expectations with our A/C installation. Everyone we encountered was very professional, even the after hours individuals. My husband and i appreciate how thorough this staff was and the way they made sure to explain and show us everything to ensure we understood and saw what they worked on. They were even early for their installation appointment! Thank you so much!
We have used Facemyer for the past ten years, they are always courteous, on time, and are knowledgeable. They installed one of our units when we put an addition on our house and we have used them ever since. They offer contracts to service our units twice a year for reasonable prices and are pleased with their work.

These guys are awesome. Just moved into Longwood area and moved into a house with two 5 ton units which were original to the home (1998). Wanted to replace them proactively to try and save a few bucks on utility bills and get better comfort. Rodney talked me through everything including the utility rebates, didn't upsell me but made suggestions to get me to where I would end up happy, and offered a competitive price. We ended up getting two Trane XV 17 units and we are happy with the upgrade.
Came home from vacation at 11:00 PM and the thermostat said 85. Called Facemyer immediately. Answering Service was good, offered a call within two hours or next day. I chose next day and Facemyer called around 7:00 am. Made appointment for 2 - 4 pm that day. They called around 10:30 and asked if the tech could come early. Yes, please and thank you! Ferris got there around 11:00 and got my system up and running. Replaced a capacitor that was installed by another company only two years ago. But, Ferris dug deeper than that other company and found the underlying cause. Really appreciated the way he talked to me and showed me what he was doing. Could not be happier with Facemyer.
