This was my second time having Facemyer assist me with my A/C needs. Both times Red showed up with a positive and professional attitude. Diagnosed the issues & fixed them quickly. 100% recommend to anyone in the Sanford area.

Alex with Facemyer was awesome! He arrived as scheduled and was courteous and professional. He thoroughly explained the situation and each step he took to resolve my issue and performed necessary maintenance. They also came out the same day I called. I feared I'd have to wait a day or so, with our record heatwave in FL. I'm very pleased and will use Facemyer in the future. Additionally, they didn't try to sell me a new unit even though mine is 11.5 yrs old. A trustworthy company, in my opinion!
Facemyer came out when my ac was not cooling the house! The technician was professional and thorough! He was able to find the root cause of the issue and resolve it in a timely manner! Alex was great!
In the heat of Fl summer both of our units could not hold temp. They called me right after I filled out the on line apt request. Shortly after I received a call from a tech who walked me through a quick temporary fix and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. The tech was prompt, professional and did a great job! The cost for checking and fixing both units was very reasonable, especially during a heat wave. Now I am happy and cool
