SUPER Office gal and service guy are the best
Dale came out to replace a Capicitor ( I think) he went through all units inside and out, cleaned and inspected them, gave a few recommendations ,explained how things worked.....( I'm an idiot when it comes to stuff like this) doing this all while he was working, he was probably here maybe 45 minutes, the AC is working absolutely perfect!

Called Facemyer AC in July of 2017 as our 18 year old unit died and it was sweltering. They were the only AC company that expedited a sales call, were out the next day (I called late afternoon). I called 3 other companies and was told it would be a week before they could schedule us in... Not going to work when temps are touching 100 degrees!!!
I was very interested in upgrading the system to both a higher tonnage (as house-improvements had expanded sq footage vs what the original was designed to handle) and also wanted a high SEER rating. My first thought was Trane, but, the sales rep showed us the Amana unit that has a Lifetime Compressor/Coil warranty, and saved us a TON of money.
I have waited a year to post on this, as I wanted time to reasonably evaluate the system, and can say that we are EXTREMELY pleased! My monthly electricity bills have cut over 50% due to the much higher efficiency of this unit, and we keep our house exceptionally cool (72 degrees in the summer). The multi-speed fan runs noiselessly, and the AC rarely ever has to run on high speed to maintain the temperature (in fact, only when we turn it down after being away when we set it up to 76, and then only for a couple of minutes).
They were timely in scheduling it's annual performance check and system checked out perfectly.

When Tim came out to assess our 4 AC units for filter changes and maintenance contract, we mentioned that we had the air "balanced" in the building multiple times over the past 8 years. However a couple of rooms would always revert back to being much warmer then others. Tim got a ladder, looked at the air ducts in the ceiling, adjusted an air flow damper in a couple of places and suddenly for the first time we actually could hear as well as feel the air in the rooms in question! This all prior to the first official maintenance service. Looking forward to a long relationship. Thank you!
