We had Ferris (technician) out assess our issue with heating not turning on. He was extremely knowledgeable of our Trane system and was able to describe diagnostics he was performing in detail. Not only was he able to fix the issue but he also fixed lingering issue with air handler fan continuing to run due to incorrect installation by a previous company that 2 subsequent companies could never identify. While the visit required no parts installation thankfully, all of our setup issues (and there were quite a few as I was watching eagerly to understand) were all corrected during the initial call. He also provided good insight on other products I was considering purchasing in future. Highly recommend the company and in particular Ferris!
Facemyer does a great job for me!
1st time using Facemyer and was very impressed. The Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and prove the problems that he uncovered with my unit. Best of all, he listened to all my concerns. Great 1st experience this this company and I will be using them again.
