I had used Facemyer years ago and recently switched back to them. I bought a large Heat pump from a competitor and the first few months it stopped working and it took 6 weeks to get a replacement part for my Lennox. It was in July and August in Florida. I had to buy 2 portable AC units to keep cool. The Local HVAC Company was horrible. It turned out I could have called Facemyer because they handle Lennox Warranty and had that part in stock. I like their Service Techs. It shows me their Management expects good customer relations and quality workmanship.

Greeting. One of my fears was the adventure of replacing my AC unit, but when the time came, Facemyer was ready.
They were very helpful in getting financing, and organized in all the documentation, permits, and scheduling the inspections.
The install Team was very tidy and respectful to areas they worked, and completed the install in one day.
