Thank you for the prompt work of your employee Corey. He just finished repair of AC unit on one of our rentals. Corey arrived early, completed work promptly. What more can you ask? I cant say your prices are the lowest in town ($300+ to replace capacitor), but then who wants the lowest price company? I will use again.

So.......in one day, my boat trailer broke, my car was stolen and my air conditioner went out. One of those issues was fixed quickly and for much less than I was expecting. I called Facemyer around 5:30PM, fully expecting them not to come out until the next day. Rodney was there within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem immediately, replaced the broken part (also explaining why it was bad) and had the A/C up and running before the house even had time to get hot. Facemyer is the only A/C company I will ever use.
Called them on a Saturday afternoon and they showed up within an hour and fixed our A/C issue. Grest experience!
A truly positive experience! The owner handled more than just my initial call. It's a service industry fact that each company has periods of backlogs in which immediate remedy isn't always possible for every need. Rodney Facemyer was honest in the timeliness of their current ability to handle our A/C issue, however he then went above and beyond to consult with me in an extremely fair and ethical manner. This type of professionalism should be commended. I highly recommend Facemyer Air Conditioning and Heating for your house or business needs.
