Woke up to a burning smell at 4AM. Finally tracked it down to coming from the AC vent. Called them up when they opened and they were out to my house same day. I have an older unit and the guy simply replaced the part (blower motor) instead of trying to make me replace everything. Fair prices, and honest people. Cant really ask for more.
Scheduling the appointment was easy and the young lady scheduling the appointment was very pleasant. The courteous call just before the technician is headed to your location is a huge benefit if you are at work and need to leave to meet them. Everything is discussed before any work is started including the price of any parts before the repair is performed. All detailed are clearly explained and the whole experience is completely professional. As bad as an unexpected repair may be the experience couldn't have been more positive.
Just had Corey come out and diagnose my inside unit he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and was very quick and courteous
He was very professional even wore shoe covers each time he entered my home. He wasn't suppose to show up till 5 but the office called me 3 hours earlier than the set appointment and had him out to my home with in 15 min

Being new to the area it's always a challenge to find quality companies in the home repair service technicians ... from the moment I called to schedule the service (AC died) the office staff was pleasant and accommodating all the way through being EARLY (and calling to confirm that would be ok) ... Rodney was excellent to work with as he diagnosed our issue correctly and fixed the system ... I felt the price was very reasonable and l am completely satisfied and feel I have at least checked off my AC company going forward ... thanks for excellent service!!!
