Facemyer does a great job for me!
1st time using Facemyer and was very impressed. The Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and prove the problems that he uncovered with my unit. Best of all, he listened to all my concerns. Great 1st experience this this company and I will be using them again.

Dale came out today (actually the same day I called them) put on little booties which I explained were not necessary due to we have 3 dogs, but he wore them anyway. He went through, inspected and cleaned both the inside and outside units, found the Capicitor was bad, replaced it all while explaining what he was doing and how things worked (I'm an idiot on this type stuff, but he was very professional, polite all while doing the work at the same time. It probably took him maybe 45 minutes from start to finish including going through inspecting and cleaning both units. Gave a few reconditions for some future repairs that will need to be done. Would highly recommend them, the unit is working better than ever, he stated that the inside unit was clean and that I should continue doing my service part as it was well maintained.
