I definitely recommend this company. They went above and beyond our expectations with our A/C installation. Everyone we encountered was very professional, even the after hours individuals. My husband and i appreciate how thorough this staff was and the way they made sure to explain and show us everything to ensure we understood and saw what they worked on. They were even early for their installation appointment! Thank you so much!
We have used Facemyer for the past ten years, they are always courteous, on time, and are knowledgeable. They installed one of our units when we put an addition on our house and we have used them ever since. They offer contracts to service our units twice a year for reasonable prices and are pleased with their work.

Phenomenal experience with this company, specifically with Ferris who is an amazing technician!! My HVAC system went out on Friday morning at around 10am. This is a disaster because we have certain animals that need to be in temperatures under 75 degrees. So scheduled an appointment for someone to take a look. They came at 4pm on Friday a replaced a shorted fuse which immediately resolved the HVAC issue. Little did we know, when we went ro bed around 11pm, we noticed that the house was extremely hot and that the hvac was no longer working. Panicking because it was late at night, we started to call 24hr hvac companies. We called 11 24 hr companies and none of them could offer us an emergency appointment. Luckily the 12th company was Facemyer and they had a technician call us back almost immediately to see if we would like to set up an appointment. That technician was Ferris and he ended up coming to the house at around 130am. I explained my dire circumstances with the heat and my animals and how the Hvac was serviced earlier and that a fuse was replaced. Ferris then went to work and some how found a sliced tiny wire in my outside hvac unit that was the cause of my hvac issues. I still don't know how he was able to find that. Ferris is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and was compassionate to our situation. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the level of service that we received. Thank you again !!!!
Facemyer tech was fantastic, determined the issue within 5 minutes had the part and replaced very quickly. Was on time and very professional. I recommend and will use them again if needed.
Facemyer installed our HVAC system 40 years ago and I have used them consistently ever since for replacements and semi-annual maintenance, with the exception of the last replacement, ONLY because it was during COVID and they were not able to source an appropriate model in a reasonable time and our A/C was down. I continue to have them service the unit I did purchase and appreciate their consistent attention they provide.

So far so good. Tech, Cory, very thorough and professional. Family owned business!! Will know better when Facemyer returns to explain how they're going to replace a failing & very complicated positioning of my AIRCONDITIONING!!!
