Facemyer's customer service was excellent on my recent HVAC repair! They were able to get to my home sooner than promised, Rodney, the tech, was very informative and made short work of diagnosing and effecting the repair. He and their office staff even facilitated the transfer of the balance of the warranty on the system as we had just recently purchased the home. Now I have 5 more years of 100% parts warranty. I also signed a contract for semiannual servicing that will save me an additional % of their service rate when the next repair is needed.
Efficiently diagnosed and corrected our a/c problem. Did not try to oversell a repair! Fair price!
Courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing. I've referred a good friend who wants to do a whole house mini-split system. He was impressed by Rod's answers to his many questions and intends to have Facemyer do the work. He's an areospace engineer, and likes to have things done correctly, so his praise is earned by good performance.
