This was my first time using this company and I am impressed. The technician diagnosed problem quickly and replaced the broken part. The entire visit was only 15-20 minutes and the customer service was also great. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know.
I had a situation where my ac unit was out of freon and my house was sitting at a balmy 85 degrees. I called in the early evening and the technician came out within an hour. The guy that came was fantastic and professional. I would use them again without hesitation. Thanks for the prompt service.
Quickly diagnosed problem as to why a.c. was not working. Came in same day as call for service, and fixed problem the next day. Tech was professional. Office was courteous and called on day of service to update time of arrival and confirm appointment.
Justin and Andy came out to replace my A/C unit and they did a wonderful job. They arrived right on time and were very polite. The work was finished in a timely manner and I am over joyed to have working a/c after 6 years of window shakers. I had quotes from many, many companies and I was most comfortable with Facemyer.
