Professional and polite. Air conditioner works excellent. They even cleaned up after themselves! I would use them again!
Ferris (technician) was amazing! He was on-call for the New Year Holiday - so I had zero contact with anyone else in the company. He was incredibly quick to respond! He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions - and I had a lot! Trip charge was more than other companies - but it was worth it in the end. Made sure I got a sticker from him and slapped it on my AH right away. Will definitely call them again.
I had guests at my home and was a Saturday evening. The a/c quit working. My regular A/C guy was out of town so called Facemyer. They were very responsive and courteous. Came out that evening and got the A/C going for my guests. I was very thankful they were so responsive. Would highly recommend them.

For many years I have dealt with facemyer. They have yet to disappoint me. Their staff is both friendly and detailed and thorough.
Always a good experience with Facemyer. The tech is always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I've used them exclusively for a few years now. I started by having them service an old unit. That became the purchase of a new unit and they've been maintaining it ever since. I'm happy with the service and not looking for anyone else.
